Strong, Sexy Shoulders  

Time to pull out the springs, flex-bands, weights and work every muscle fiber that supports your shoulders. Along with shoulder work, pay extra attention to upper back and chest toning exercises. 

You will experience more lift in your structure, more length through the upper spine and a more stable neck.
