Focus of the Week 5.15 - 5.20

Strong, Supported Shoulders  

Summer means tank tops, gardening, outdoor activities and yard work.  Come to class this week tone, strengthen your shoulders and pick up a couple more tools for keeping your shoulders strong and relaxed!

Time to pull out the springs, flex-bands, weights and work every muscle fiber that supports your shoulders. By the end of the week you will experience more lift in your structure, more length through the upper spine and a more stable neck.
