THE FOAM ROLLER CHALLENGE 2.15 - 2.20 

This week for focus of the week we are doing something a little different...

THE CHALLENGE:

 

Start on all fours: Start on all fours. Place a foam roller lengthwise on your spine.
Lift one leg and the opposite arm and don't let the foam roller fall off!

This will test your spinal stability and core strength.
Be entered to win a private lesson by taking a picture of yourself balancing the foam roller and post the pic on the studio one Facebook page! Winner will be drawn Tuesday the 23rd.
