WHOLE Body Boot Camp - $325
The Whole Body Boot Camp is a 30-Day tone and cleanse that teaches the skills necessary to achieve core strength and defined ab tone; and a supported, healthy back, neck and shoulders. It includes:
- Mat with flex-band work for upper body tone
- Barre work for stronger feet, legs and increased flexibility
- Reformer work for resistance training and endurance
The class is 1-hour long, three days a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) for one month.
- 6:45 - 7:45 AM
- 1:15 - 2:15 PM
- 6:30 - 7:30 PM, or
- 7:45 - 8:45 PM (Back-to-Core Boot Camp - for those with neck and back pain)
Also, included is a mandatory Saturday Orientation that will cover the following topics:
- Maintaining A Healthy Diet
- Studio One Pilates' BreathingTechnique
- Reformer Equipment Safety
- Imprint and Footwork
- Foundational moves needed in every Pilates exercise
