Weekend Workshops

Weekend workshops are a fun, active, and informative way to refine

your skills in specified areas of Pilates! Held on Saturdays for 2 hours,

these classes are held on various topics and scheduled on a rolling

basis, so if you miss this one, keep your eye out for the next one!

*Intros and Workshops are scheduled on a rolling basis and more will be scheduled soon. As classes do fill up extremely fast (sometimes up to several weeks ahead of time), it is best to reserve your spot well in advance. Please note that the sign up is on a first-come, first-serve basis and Boot Camps can fill up as quickly as within 24 hours. Please call for availability and scheduling.
