What Do I Do After Boot Camp?
How to Progress after Boot Camp:
Step 1. Attend Core classes for the first 1-3 months.
Step 2. We suggest you take the workshops (see below) in the order listed; especially the first 3.
Step 3. Take 5-10 Core level classes between each of the first 3 workshops; practice is essential to gain the body awareness and skills to go to the next level.
How Can I Continue After Boot Camp?
After you compete your Intro Option, be it Boot Camp, a Saturday Intro Class, or a Private Package Trio, you are eligible to begin attending regular group classes and workshops. There are several ways to continue, and you can mix and match them!
The two primary ways of continuing with group classes is to use a Punch Card or a Monthly Package. Punch Cards come in 10 Mat, 10 Reformer, and 14 Combo (7 of each).
Monthly Packages allow you to have unlimited access to all of the Studio’s Group Classes (Mat or Reformer). We have Mat Packages that will give you unlimited Mat classes, or Reformer Packages that will give you unlimited Reformer classes, with additional unlimited access to Mat classes included for Free!
If you liked the Private Sessions, you can also continue with a Private Session 10 package!
How Do I Know What Option Is Best for Me?
Punch Card, Privates, or Package? Which one is the best option for you? We have your answer! If you plan on coming into classes Twice a week or more on average, which is suggested to achieve the best results, then a Monthly Package is financially the better choice: otherwise you will spend more money buying punch cards over and over! A Monthly Package will also make you a Studio One Member, giving you access to Member discounts, events, and specials!
If you plan on coming into classes Once a week or less on average, then a Punch Card is the better option for you.
If you have specific questions or goals that you want to spend extra time focusing on, or dislike group settings, then Private Sessions are another way to continue after Boot Camp. We do recommend supplementing private sessions with Group Classes and/or Workshops if possible.

I. Breathing: Flat Abs & Relaxed Mind
We use specific breathing cues developed at Studio One to maximize your Pilates results. Breath is at the core of every part of your being - learn how to harness it for mind/body results.
II. Transversus Connection: For A Beautiful & Pain Free Spine
Build a long lasting and happy spine. Specific training and exercises to improve your ab control.
III. Results 101: Your Body On Studio One Pilates:
How to use our systems to achieve your goals. Improve tone, lose weight, better posture and increased flexibility are all addressed here. Studies are also discussed regarding Pilates’ remarkable effects on mood and confidence.
IV. Tight & Tiny Lifted Hiney - Extension Exercises for Better Buns...
We couldn’t help it, the name had to be used after coming up as a joke during a Studio meeting. Targets the glutes, calves, ankles, and the entire leg. Another possible name for this class: Extending Core energetics through legs.
V. Beautiful Shoulders & Neck:
Who doesn’t want tension free shoulders and a relaxed neck? If you get shoulder or neck tension doing Pilates classes this class is essential.

Learn how the reformer makes you stronger and improves coordination.
VII. Pilates for Flexibility
This workshop focuses on increasing your true range of motion while elongating your muscles.
Ongoing Pilates Lifestyle: Waist Management Mood & Energy: **Free to all members! Based upon our 2 week diet and exercise class. this 30 minute check-in is a great way to focus on making a small change to encourage long term focus. It is simple and it works.

Yes! The Boot Camp, Saturday Intro Classes, and Private Package Trios are all *Fully Guaranteed! We stand behind our services, and do not want you paying for something that does not work. After completing your intro option, if you find that Pilates is just not working for you, or feel unsatisfied, we will offer you a Full Refund!*
*Refund is only applicable if you attended ALL of the classes included in your intro option. For Boot Camps this means attending and participating in all 6 classes, and for Private Package Trios this means that you attend all 3 sessions, the Intro, and the Workshop.
