WHOLE Body Boot Camp

The Whole Body Boot Camp is a 30-Day tone and cleanse that emphasizes the skills necessary to achieve core strength and defined ab tone; and a supported, healthy back, neck and shoulders.

  • Mat with flex-band work for upper body tone
  • Barre work for stronger feet, legs and increased flexibility
  • Reformer work for resistance training and endurance
  • The class is 1-hour long, three days a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) for one month.

    CLASS TIMES - 6:45 AM, 1:15 PM, 6:30 PM, or 7:45 PM (for those with back and neck pain)

    Also, included is a mandatory Saturday Orientation that will cover the following topics:

  • Maintaining A Healthy Diet
  • Studio One Pilates' BREATHLINK Technique
  • Reformer Equipment Safety
  • Imprint and Footwork
  • Foundational moves needed in every Pilates exercise
